M² is a practitioner-led, trauma-informed practice for mission-driven organizations. We meet the work where it stands today and build the structure to carry it — a four-elevation climb from foundation to standing partnership.
Who it's for
Small and mid-sized nonprofits — executive directors, founders, and boards, especially those serving women in recovery and the communities around them. When the mission is held together by force of will, and it's time it was held together by structure, that's where we begin.
Why it exists
M² was founded by two practitioners who kept ending up in the same rooms — with volunteers, with overstretched directors, with people in recovery. The framework grew from that work, not the other way around. Every engagement is designed to hand off cleanly: our measure of success is what survives after we leave.
